Litigation Attorney Eileen Cunningham Joins Kaufman & Company’s New York Office

New York, NY – National trial and litigation law firm Kaufman & Company, PLLC welcomes litigation attorney Eileen Cunningham to the firm’s New York office. With more than a decade of experience in litigation, Ms. Cunningham has represented clients in complex commercial matters, as well as copyright and trademark, real estate litigation, international arbitrations, securities and government investigations.
“Our expanding and bustling New York office needed another complex and talented litigator like Eileen as our new client roster keeps growing,” said Founding Member Steven S. Kaufman. “Her litigation experience is extensive and well-rounded in state and Federal courts, and she will be a valuable resource to clients.”
Prior to joining Kaufman & Company, Ms. Cunningham was a litigator at Grais & Ellsworth LLP, where she focused her practice on representing institutional investors in complex securities litigation matters. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Cunningham obtained her Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law, and her Master of Arts in Government with a concentration in American Politics from Georgetown University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Johns Hopkins University, where she was on the Dean’s List and the winner of the Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts.
